Refunds & Returns:
At Mellow Cosmetics & Co., we do not offer returns.  Please carefully review all product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order to ensure they meet your needs. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us prior to making your purchase. If a product arrives damaged and is unable to be used, a refund will be processed for the damaged product(s). Proof of damage will be required, prior to the processing of your refund.

Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Liability & Shipping:
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Mellow Cosmetics & Co. is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. If you experience issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Allergies & Customization:
If you are allergic to any of the natural ingredients in our products, please let us know before purchasing. We offer customization options for certain products to better suit your needs. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in creating a formulation that works for you. There will be an up charge for customized orders.
